As a Commercial Finance Controller, you’ll be an essential part of the finance team, reporting directly to the Benelux Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales and Data Analysis: Analyze sales and commercial data to provide valuable insights, monitor sales team performance across Belgium and the Netherlands, and generate detailed reports from the CRM system.

Business Partnering: Act as a key business partner by responding to ad hoc requests and supporting the rolling forecast process for the Sales P&L.

Financial Control & Reporting: Oversee financial control tasks, including managing back margin expenses, ensuring data accuracy, participating in monthly financial close, and preparing top-line P&L statements.

Accounting Tasks: Perform balance sheet reconciliations, assist in audit preparation, and support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial control or sales analysis.

• Skills: Proficient in MS Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
