We'll contact you to discuss a potential new job opportunity. During a telephone conversation, we share some insights on your experience and your ambitions, as well as on the potential new employer and job opportunity.

If we feel from both sides, this could be a match, we'll invite you for a meeting to elaborate on the employer, environment, culture and job content. We would like to know more about you, your experience, your personality, your ambition, your expectations and your motivation. Lot's of room for questions.
Preparation.
If we still are convinced, or even more, about a potential match, you will be invited to meet with your potential new employer. We'll prepare together with you the interview. We'll provide you with as much information as possible and guide you through the process. We'll give you tips and tricks.
Meet.
We'll organize your meeting at the customer's premise so you get a good feeling about the environment and the people you will be working with. Sometimes we might even join you.
